the breakfast offered many options and tasted wonderfully. the room was a beautiful double room and i finded it clean and spacious. i also liked the nice ammenities in the bathroom and bedroom.
unfortunatelly, the gym had limited equipment, i noticed just two treadmills. the air conditioning wasen't working very well, it was difficult for me to adjust the temperature.

the location was good, close to public transport.
I found several problems . i booked a double room, but the first room was quite small and dark. It felt cramped. also, the breakfast service was chaotic. It was difficult to find a clean table, and some items were not refilled promptly. this was unexpected from a hotel of this supposed caliber

Excellent Stay in Central Location

I stayed one night. I had a spacious room, and I found it very clean. The decorations in the lobby were beautiful. I also appreciated the ventilated smoking lounge. It is important for smokers during colder months. The bed was quite comfortable. I loved the size. Breakfast was also a standout, with plenty of choices on offer.
The air conditioning was turned off as I was staying during a time of year when the hotel does not turn it on. The room was too hot. I had some difficulty sleeping.

The location is near the entrance to the Zoo. I found restaurants and shops located nearby, very accessible. The hotel is close to public transportation. This makes exploring the area very convenient. I loved that.

The spa opens early and closes late. This allows more flexible usage times. I saw that the hotel had a pool. The hotel also offers the use of a sauna. Very relaxing after a long trip.

The staff members were very friendly. They gave us an upgrade to Business Premium, so I am grateful. The hotel breakfast was good. The swimming pool facilities were also great, and I appreciate that.
The room had carpet. It was not too clean, I did not appreciate this. The bathroom seemed small. The hotel is opposite the zoo, a bit far from the center.
